The NEET-qualified candidates from the respective state, who want to take admission to MBBS and BDS but are yet to fill out the application form, should visit the official website- dme.mponline.gov.in and complete the online registration on or before the last date. After that, the authority will publish the MP NEET UG 2026 state merit list for all successfully registered candidates on August 14, 2026 , on the official website.
MP NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Registration: Instructions to Follow
To participate in the MP NEET UG Round 1 counselling registration, the candidates should follow the instructions highlighted below:
- Candidates should create a profile using the NEET UG 2026 roll number and secret key/ password.
- During registration, the candidates should enter the personal details along with the contact details that should be matched with the official certificates.
- Candidates should upload the scanned, legible copies of all required certificates in the portal's specified format.
- For 85% State Quota seats in government and private institutions, candidates should strictly upload a valid MP Local Residence/Domicile Certificate as evidence of their eligibility.
- Before submitting the application form, the candidates should pay a non-refundable registration fee via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
- Before final submission, the candidates should review all the provided details carefully and click on the final submit option.
- Lastly, the candidates should download and save the registration acknowledgement page and fee payment receipt. Take a printout of it for future reference.
- Candidates must complete registration and document verification by the August 13 deadline to be featured on the State Rank / Merit List published on August 14. Unregistered candidates cannot participate in choice filling.
