Udaipur’s MPUAT (Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture & Technology)’s constituent college (HSC) Home Science College organized a workshop and placement drive on Subject “Career Fit and Placement”.
55 girls took part in this workshop. Many famous and national companies executive and hr officials took interview of those girls, in which approx 40 girls succeed in cracking interviews and finally got placed. Honorable guest of this event was Vice Chancellor Prof. UmaShankar Sharma congratulate the selected students and wish them good luck for their bright future.
Dean of Home Science College Prof. Aarti Sankhala presented the reports. Placement Officer of Home Science College Prof. Ritu Singhavi informed that 20 Local and National companies executive and HR officials took interview of girls.
Home Science College in Udaipur is constituent of MPUAT. It was established in 1966, as a part of Rajasthan College of agriculture with graduation degree (B.Sc Home Science), and it became an independent college in 1970. After that, many students got placed in different parts of India.
It is one of the pioneer college of the country in the faculty of home science, and the oldest college in Rajasthan. Home science is an applied and professional discipline that prepares an individual to obtain recent scientific information in the urban as well as in the rural context.
