Official Clarification: Yes! Candidates receiving a seat allotment in Round 1 or Round 2 can choose between two pathways:

1. Accepting the Seat: Pay Rs. 1,300 online acceptance fee and confirm admission.

2. Upward Assessment: Pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,200 per upward request to be considered for higher-preference choices in subsequent rounds.

• Upward assessment is available only during the First and Second allotment rounds.

• If a higher preference is granted, the previous seat is automatically re-allocated to another candidate.

1. Class 12th Marks: Higher percentage in Class 12th (10+2) examination.

2. Class 10th Marks: Higher percentage in Class 10th Secondary examination.

3. Age Factor: Older candidate is given higher merit priority.

• Candidates applying for B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture / Allied Sciences were required to attempt only those three subjects out of Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics that they passed/appeared in Class 12th.

• Attempting a subject combination different from Class 12th results in immediate disqualification from the admission process.

• For B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), candidates must have passed and attempted Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).

As per section 8.4 of the JET 2026 Guidelines booklet:

• Candidates securing zero (0) or negative marks in the JET examination will NOT be eligible to participate in the counselling process.

• Only candidates who secure positive marks (greater than zero) are eligible to fill out the online option form for college seat allotment.

The JET 2026 evaluation process strictly adheres to the established marking framework set by SKRAU, Bikaner:

• Correct Answer: +4 Marks

• Incorrect Answer: -1 Mark (Negative Marking)

• Unattempted Question (Option E Darkened): 0 Marks

• Multiple Options Darkened: Treated as a wrong answer (-1 Mark)

If any question is dropped post-objection review, marks will be assigned on a proportionate weightage basis derived from the remaining valid questions in the respective subject section.

Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University (SKRAU), Bikaner is in the final stages of evaluating OMR response sheets and compiling candidate merit scores. Candidates who appeared for the Joint Entrance Test (JET) 2026 are advised to keep their Registration Number and Password ready. The overall scorecards and merit ranks will be published exclusively on jetskrau2026.com.  

Note for Candidates: Scorecard hard copies will not be sent via post or offline methods; candidates must log in online to download their rank card.
