Rajasthan JET 2026: Shift Timings & Reporting Details
Candidates must plan their arrival strictly according to their respective examination papers:

Important Note: Candidates must arrive at the examination centre exactly 90 minutes before the commencement of their shift to ensure seamless biometric verification, security frisking, and check-in protocols. No candidate will be allowed to leave the room from the beginning of the examination until its completion.
Rajasthan JET 2026 Mandatory Documents Required at the Exam Centre
No candidate will be allowed entry into the exam hall without producing the following documents:
- Admit Card: A clearly printed physical copy of the Rajasthan JET 2026 hall ticket.
Photograph: One recent passport-size photograph identical to the one uploaded during the application process.
Original Photo ID Proof: A valid, government-issued original identity document such as an Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, PAN Card, or Passport.
Note: Digital copies, photocopies, or photo IDs issued by coaching institutes/tuition centers will not be accepted.
Rajasthan JET 2026 Dress Code Regulations
To prevent the use of unfair means, SKRAU has enforced a strict dress code:
For Male Candidates: Half-sleeve shirts or T-shirts only. Full sleeves are strictly prohibited.
All jewelry items—including rings, nose pins, earrings, chains, necklaces, bracelets, anklets, and pendants—must be removed before entry.
Specific uniforms or branded apparel belonging to any coaching institute or tuition center are completely banned.
For Female Candidates: Half-sleeve kurtas, toppers, or blouses.
Footwear: Candidates must wear slippers or low sandals without heels. Shoes and socks are completely prohibited inside the examination room.
Prohibited Attire & Accessories: * Clothing must not feature large buttons, brooches, or metallic decorations.
Rajasthan JET 2026 Exam Pattern & OMR Sheet Instructions
- Bilingual Question Papers: The JET exam paper will be provided in both English and Hindi, with the English version prevailing in case of discrepancies. Pre-PG and Ph.D. papers will be printed exclusively in English.
The 5-Option Rule: Every question features five options (A, B, C, D, and E). If a candidate chooses to answer, they must darken circle A, B, C, or D. If they wish to skip the question, darkening circle E is mandatory .
Marking Scheme: Candidates will receive four ($+4$) marks for each correct response, while one ($-1$) mark will be deducted for every incorrect attempt. Selecting more than one option for a single question will automatically count as a wrong answer.
Stationery & Corrections: Candidates must use only the black ballpoint pen provided by the invigilator inside the exam room. The use of erasers, white-out, correction fluid, or blades on the OMR sheet is strictly forbidden, and damaged sheets will not be replaced.
Subject Selection (JET Candidates): Out of the 5 available subjects, candidates must attempt only the three specific subjects they appeared in or passed during their 12th standard. Attempting a different combination will result in immediate disqualification.
Candidates are instructed to preserve their admit cards carefully after the exam, as the physical document will be required for verification during subsequent counseling and admission sessions.
