SRMJEEE Exam Date 2026 Released; Check Phase 1, 2 and 3 schedule

The conducting body has announced the SRMJEEE Exam Date 2026 on its official portal. According to the schedule, the first phase will take place from April 23 to 28. Interested candidates can fill out the application form before the deadline.

SRMJEEE Exam Date 2026 Released: The SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) has officially announced the exam date for SRMJEEE 2026 on its website, srmist.edu.in. The SRMJEEE 2026 exam will be held in three phases. It will be conducted in a remote-proctored mode, allowing students to appear for the test from home using their own laptop or computer. To be eligible for admission into B.Tech programs through SRMJEEE 2026, candidates must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and an overall aggregate of 60% in the qualifying exam.

The first phase registrations of SRMJEEE 2026 began on October 30, 2025, and shall conclude on April 16, 2026, for Phase 1. Interested candidates are advised to apply before the deadline to avoid any last-minute technical issues.

SRMJEEE Exam Pattern 2026

The SRMJEEE 2026 exam pattern comprises four sections: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English and Aptitude. There will be 130 questions in total.

Mathematics Biology (only for B.Tech Biotechnology aspirants): 40 questions

Physics and Chemistry: 35 questions (each)

English and Aptitude: 20 questions

Duration: 2 Hours 30 Minutes

SRMJEEE 2026 exam will not have negative marking and each question will carry 1 mark. This means that candidates are encouraged to attempt all questions without fear of losing marks due to incorrect answers. The absence of negative marking allows candidates to maximise their potential as many questions as possible.
