In 2022, over 200 recruiters participated in the IIM Indore placement drive. Among those organisations, 30 were first-time recruiters. During the final Indian Institute of Management Indore placement season 2022, students were offered job opportunities across a wide range of sectors. The sectors that recruited the maximum number of IIM Indore students were banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), consulting, consumer products and retail (CPR), and technology, media and telecommunications (TMT). Other prominent sectors were automotives, chemicals, energy, healthcare, hospitality, infrastructure, logistics and supply chain, manufacturing, mobility, pharmaceuticals, steel, and wine and spirits. As per the Indian Institute of Management Indore placement report 2022, the EPGP placements saw a diverse range of recruiters participating in the IIM Indore placement process from all sectors. Some of the major recruiters are from the consulting and information technology sector, banking and finance, education, marketing, power, healthcare, and construction. Around  68 recruiters participated in the IIM Indore campus placement process, with 34 first-time recruiters.

Indian Institute of Management Indore has successfully completed the summer placement process for the MBA class of 2021-23. A wide range of prominent recruiters visited the campus and offered summer internship opportunities to the students. This year, the average stipend stood at Rs 2 lakh, but the average stipend in the previous year was Rs 1.8 lakh. Therefore, IIM Indore summer placements 2022 witnessed an increase of 11% in the average stipend from the previous year. The internships were offered by recruiters across various sectors such as automotive, BFSI, consulting, e-commerce, healthcare, IT and technology, manufacturing, real estate, engineering, media and entertainment, and telecommunication, among others.

This year, around 20 recruiters offered job offers for various roles to the IIM Indore PGP-HRM batch of 2023.

In IIM Indore placements 2023, more than 68+ recruiters visited the campus to recruit the EPGP students. During this placement season, the highest package offered was Rs 43.9 lakh per annum. On the other hand, the average package received by the EPGP students was Rs 27.8 lakh per annum, a 5% increase from the last year’s Rs 25.90 lakh per annum.

Indian Institute of Indore(IIM) experienced a hike of 23% in maximum domestic salary offered to the students of 5 Year Integrated Programme in Management and Postgraduate Programme. The domestic salary rose to 50 LPA from 40.50 LPA. Companies from Consulting, Marketing and Sales, Finance hired the maximum percentage of students.

There was an increase of 17% in the average salary as compared to the last year. IIM Indore has recently concluded the final placement process for the 2019 graduating batch. One of the major highlights of the placements of IIM Indore is the highest package offered. Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore has concluded the placements for the PGP and Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) batches 2016-18. The institute has the largest batch of student across all IIMs and also offers classes in the Mumbai campus. IIM Indore has recorded an increase of 12% in the average salary offered to PGP students this season.

Average salary offered to the IPM students also increased by 21% as compared to last year. IIM Indore recorded a rise of 40% in the Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) this year as a result of the excellent performance of students during summer internships.

According to reports, 27% of the batch opted for job roles in the Finance sector and some of the top BFSI firms participated in the placements including Investment Banks, Venture Capital firms and Private Equity firms that offered some lucrative jobs.

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore completed its final placement for the batch 2015-17. The institute saw a rise of 28% in the pre-placement offers. The institute recorded 100% placement for the class of 2017.

The total strength of the IIM was 611 students. Out of these, 499 students were enrolled in the PGP programme, 100 students belonged to the 5-year Integrated Program in Management (IPM) and 62 students were enrolled in the PGP programme at IIM Indore Mumbai campus.

Out of 200 companies that visited the campus for placements of IIM Indore, 74 were recruited from the Institute for the first time. The average package offered at the institute saw an increase by 22%.

The Summer Internship Placement at the Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) has been successfully completed for the batch of 2021. This year, the Institute saw over 160 organisations partake in the summer placement process, which includes companies like JP Morgan Chase, Amazon, Aditya Birla Group, and many more.

As per an official release from IIM Indore, the average stipend that had been offered to the students this year was around Rs. 1.68 lakhs for two months. The highest stipend offered to the batch of 2021 was Rs. 4 lakhs. This year, the institute also saw the average stipend offered to the top 100 students was around Rs. 2.86 lakhs, while the average stipend offered to the top 200 students was Rs. 2.51 lakhs.

With the largest student strength of 589 students for the batch of 2021, among other IIMs, IIM Indore was able to provide a summer internship placement to its students successfully, in various domains.

As per the release from the Institute, IIM Indore was also to achieve the best gender diversity among other IIMs at 44%. The institute was able to place, 258 female students with 24% higher stipend with respect to the male candidates under the Summer Internship Placements.

Among the other achievements of IIM Indore, the Institute was also able to secure the 5th rank in NIRF Rankings while also receiving a Double Accreditation Status from AACSB and AMBA, last year. IIM Indore was able to rank 81 in its first FT Rankings as well as being placed in the 101+ bracket under the QS MBA Ranking 2020.

IIM Indore summer placement process for the academic batch of 2018-20 has been concluded. Different companies offered internships to students in varied domains. Compared to the previous year summer placements, 2018 summer placements witnessed an improvement. For instance, the average stipend has been increased by 24% this year. A total of 540 students (446 PGP and 94 IPM) are pursuing management education at IIM Indore.

This year, more than 150 recruiters participated in the summer placement process, and the number of first-time recruiters was 37. Students were offered internships in different roles in Media, Telecom, Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Infrastructure & Real Estate, FMCG, Energy, E-Commerce, Consulting, BFSI, and Automobiles.

The average stipend offered to students at IIM Indore summer placements was Rs. 1.54 lakhs. The median salary offered to students has been increased by 40% this year. On the other hand, the highest stipend offered was Rs. 4 lakhs.
