TANCA Rank List 2022 Releasing Today: Anna University to Release Rank List for M.Tech, M.Arch Admission, Direct Link, Steps to Check

TANCA Rank List 2022: Anna University is conducting the counselling for TANCA 2022 on behalf of the Higher Education Council of Tamil Nadu for state-level M.Tech and M.Arch admissions for AY 2022-23. The counselling will begin the publication of the TANCA Rank List or Merit List 2022 on September 02, 2022, at 6 PM. The merit list will be prepared for the registered candidates separately for GATE and TANCET scores as follows:

• For the GATE category: TANCA Merit List 2022 will be based on GATE 2022/ 2021/ 2020 scores for all subjects except Engineering Sciences (XE) and Life Sciences (XL). For these two papers, TANCET 2022 score will be considered as well with a weightage ratio of 70:30 (GATE: TANCET). The merit list will be common for both.
• For the TANCET category: Anna University will prepare the merit list based on the percentile score obtained in TANCET 2022 only. To break ties, in case two or more candidates have the same percentile score, the candidate with the higher average percentage in the qualifying examination will be awarded a higher rank.

TANCA Merit List 2022 will be released on its official website, https://tanca.annauniv.edu. To check the merit list, registered candidates will have to log in to the portal using their User ID and password. After the display of merit list, Anna University will open a grievance redressal window until September 08 @6PM (for GATE) and unti September 09 @6PM (for TANCET).

To access the merit list, follow the simple steps outlined below:

Step 1: Simply click on the direct link given above or go to tanca.annauniv.edu, the official web portal of TANCA.

Step 2: A login window will appear. Here, enter your registered email address, which will act as the User ID, and Password. Then click on ‘Registered User Login’.

Step 3: On the login homepage, a link for ‘TANCA Merit List 2022’ will be given. After clicking on it, the merit list will be displayed on the screen.

Step 4: Use the search option or Ctrl + F keys to search your name/roll number in the rank list.
