Telangana B.Sc/ B.Tech Agriculture Admission- Application Form(Out), Eligibility, Dates, Admission Process

Admission in B.Sc /B. Tech agriculture degree programme offered at the Agricultural Institutes in the state of Telangana is confirmed through a common entrance test TS EAMCET-2020. The test will be conducted by JNT University Hyderabad for the academic year 2020- 21 admissions.

Candidates who appear in TS EAMCET-2020 can apply for admission in various courses like B.Sc. Honors Agriculture, B.Sc Honors Horticulture / B.Sc. in Forestry/ B.Tech in Food Technology/ B.F.Sc. and B.V.Sc. & AH course.

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and fill in the online application form for TS EAMCET to be considered for admission in agriculture courses in Telangana. Telangana B.Sc. Honors Agriculture/ Horticulture Eligibility Criteria 2020

Check the minimum eligibility criteria for admission to B.Sc. Honors Agriculture/ Horticulture courses in Telangana:

• The candidate must be a citizen of India/ person of Indian origin or overseas citizen of India cardholder.

• He/ She must belong to the state of Telangana/ Andhra Pradesh and satisfy local / non-local status.

• The candidate must have passed Class XII in relevant subjects like Physical Sciences/ Biological or Natural Sciences/ Agriculture/ Vocational Course in Agriculture.

Telangana B.Sc. in Forestry Eligibility Criteria 2020

• The candidate must have passed Class XII from a recognized board

• He/She must have studied PCB or PCMB in Class XII.

Telangana B.Tech in Food Technology Eligibility Criteria 2020

• The candidate must have passed Class XII.

• The candidate must have studied Mathematics and Physical Sciences in the previous years of study OR Biological or Natural Sciences and Physical Sciences in the previous years of study.

TS EAMCET 2020 Exam Pattern

TS EAMCET is a common entrance test conducted in online mode. The paper will contain questions from subjects Biology (Botany, Zoology), Physics and Chemistry. A total of 40 questions will be asked from each section. The level of questions will be of Class X and Class XII.

TS EAMCET Application Form 2020

Candidates who wish to take admission in B.Sc./ B.Tech courses in Agriculture stream at Telangana must appear in the TS EAMCET- 2020 exam. Candidates must fill in the online application before the deadline date. Check the step- by- step instructions to complete the application process for TS EAMCET-2020:

Step 1: Register

Candidates must visit the official website of TS EAMCET- 2020 https://eamcet.tsche.ac.in and register online to fill in the application form.

Step 2: Pay the registration fees

Candidates must pay the registration fee of Rs. 800. For SC/ ST and PH candidates, the fee is Rs. 400. The application fee can be submitted at TS /AP Online Centers or it can be paid online using a credit card/ debit card or net banking.

Once payment is received successfully, the candidate will receive an email on the registered mobile number and an email for the acknowledgment of payment. Candidates can use the Payment Reference Number to fill in the online application.

Step 3: Complete the application

Candidates must fill in the details of the application form. Candidates must keep the following items ready before filling the application:

• Hall ticket of qualifying examination/ 10+ 2.

• Valid Email ID

• Mobile Number

• hall ticket of Class XII or equivalent.

• Date of Birth as mentioned in the certificate

• Caste certificate, if required

• PH certificate, Sports quota document, if required

• Income certificate, for EWS candidates

• Study/ residence/ relevant certificate for proof of local status

Step 4: Submit the application

After filling up the application, candidates must verify details and click the Submit button. Once the application is submitted successfully, a unique registration number will be generated along with the filled-in application.

Step 5: Take application print out

Applicants must take a printout of the filled application. It must be submitted to the Invigilator on the day of examination. A recent passport size photograph must also be attached to the application and it must be attested by the Gazetted Officer or Principal of the College.

The candidate must also keep a note of the Registration Number for future references.

Telangana B.Sc/ B.Tech Agriculture Admission process 2020

Merely appearing and qualifying for the TS EAMCET-2020 examination does not confirm admission in agricultural courses. Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria at the time of admission defined by the authorities of the colleges.

TS EAMCET-2020 qualifying marks is 25% of the maximum marks for consideration for ranking. However, or reserved categories there is no minimum qualifying mark. TS EAMCET-2020 ranks will be released on the official site. The rank is used to consider for admission in the academic year 2020-21. Candidates can download the rankcard through the official website.

The merit list of candidates is prepared on the basis of rank. 75% of the marks obtained in EAMCET-2020 ad 25% of marks obtained Class XII in relevant subjects like Biology, Physics and Chemistry is considered to prepare the merit list.
