Telangana NEET UG 2026 Online Registration Begins: Application Fees; Steps to RegisterTelangana NEET UG 2026 Registration: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has officially commenced online registration and certificate uploading for Telangana NEET UG 2026 counselling for admissions under the Competent Authority Quota (CQ). Eligible candidates who qualified NEET UG 2026 can now register online and upload their required original certificates on the official state admissions portal at tsmedadm.tsche.in .
The online registration window will remain active until 6 PM on August 12, 2026 . Admissions will be granted across state government medical and dental colleges as well as private un-aided minority and non-minority institutions for MBBS and BDS courses across Telangana.
Telangana NEET UG 2026 Counselling: Non-Refundable Application Fees
Candidates must pay the online registration and certificate verification fee via Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card at the time of form submission:

Step-by-Step Registration & Application Process
1. Mobile & Email Registration: Validation via Mobile OTP & Email.
Visit t smedadm.tsche.in and click on Mobile and Email Registration. Enter your NEET UG 2026 Roll Number, NEET Rank, Date of Birth, and Mobile Number. Validate the OTP sent to your registered mobile and email to obtain your Registration Number.
2. Payment of Registration Fee: Online Payment Gateway.
Log in using your Roll Number and Registration Number. Pay the applicable registration and verification fee. Do not refresh or close the page while the payment status updates.
3. Fill Candidate Details Form:
Enter personal, domicile/local status details, academic marks (Class 10 & Intermediate 10+2 marks in Science subjects), caste category, and special reservation claims.
4. Upload Original Certificates: PDF format (Max 500 KB per document).
Upload scanned PDF copies of original certificates:
- NEET UG 2026 Scorecard / Rank Card
- SSC / Class 10 Marks Memo (Birth Proof)
- Intermediate (10+2) Marks Memo
- Study Certificates from Class 6 to Class 12 / Residence Certificate
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Latest Community / Caste Certificate & Income Certificate (if applicable)
- Aadhar Card, Photo, and Signature
5. Declaration & Confirmation Printout:
Review all uploaded documents carefully. Check the declaration box and submit. Download and print the Application Form Confirmation Page for physical verification and reporting.
Eligibility & Qualifying NEET UG Cutoff Scores
Applicants must fulfill Telangana state local status rules under relevant G.O.s (G.O. Ms. No. 33) and possess the minimum qualifying percentile in NEET UG 2026:
- General / EWS Category: 50th Percentile (Cutoff Score: 213)
- General-PwD Category: 45th Percentile (Cutoff Score: 194)
- SC / ST / BC & PwD Candidates: 40th Percentile (Cutoff Score: 177)
