Management Quota Seats Run Separately Offline

The state convener's office reminds families that Category-B management quota seats are handled outside the centralized counseling portal. Students looking for direct institutional seats must work directly with individual college administrations. Getting a seat through the management quota does not alter or cancel any choices the candidates have active in the convener pool.

  • 03 00 PM IST - 22 Jul'26

Hostel Seat Allocation Procedures Starting Shortly

Major campuses are opening their institutional hostel application forms alongside the physical reporting window on July 25. Because on-campus housing fills up quickly, accommodations are generally assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, matching EAMCET merit ranks. Candidates who will have their college admission number ready can expect to proceed quickly with the housing application.

  • 02 00 PM IST - 22 Jul'26

Verify College Affiliation Group Details Meticulously

Candidates must carefully verify the exact university affiliation listed on their provisional seat allotment orders. Several private institutions run campuses under similar names but affiliate with different universities, such as JNTUH or Osmania University. Checking these structural details guarantees you are reporting to the exact campus you chose during web option entry.

  • 02 00 PM IST - 22 Jul'26

Final Phase Entry Window Dates Confirmed

For candidates who did not secure an allocation today, the Final Phase registration window opens on July 31. Fresh slot bookings and basic certificate verification steps for newly registered applicants will be processed quickly to prepare for the final choice submission round. Make sure to review the updated vacancy reports before building your final choices.

  • 01 00 PM IST - 22 Jul'26

Aadhaar Card Verification Mismatches Delay Process

A few candidates are experiencing system blockages because the names on their hall tickets do not match their Aadhaar data. Help desk centers clarify that these minor typographical differences can be manually overridden during the upcoming physical verification checks at the candidates' allotted college. Keep secondary identification documents on hand to ensure a smooth registration sign-off.

  • 12 30 PM IST - 22 Jul'26

Keep Daily Transaction Credit Limits Checked

Parents are advised to verify their daily online banking debit limits before attempting to process tuition fee transactions. Since certain elite college fees exceed standard daily card thresholds, transactions can fail unexpectedly at checkout. Temporarily adjusting the candidates' bank account limits through their mobile application will ensure a smooth fee payment process.

  • 12 00 PM IST - 22 Jul'26

Tuition Fee Reimbursement Adjustments Processed Automatically

The automated payment system is calculating fee waivers dynamically based on verified income profiles. Eligible candidates who hold a valid, verified income certificate will see their structural tuition fee reduced to zero or the designated partial rate instantly. If the data shows an incorrect full fee amount, do not process the payment; instead, visit a help center.

  • 11 30 AM IST - 22 Jul'26

Physical Reporting Campus Arrival Schedules Organized

Automatic Seat Cancellation Warning Issued Clearly

There are no grace periods for this stage, and the vacated seat transfers to the final phase matrix immediately.

  • 10 30 AM IST - 22 Jul'26

Check Leftover Vacancies Before Final Phase

After Phase 2 TG EAMCET reporting wraps up, the council will publish a detailed seat vacancy matrix on July 30. This list shows exactly which slots are open, which will help the candidates to check the college-wise available seats.

  • 10 00 AM IST - 22 Jul'26

Keep Login Security Credentials Fully Private

Candidates should not share the counseling password, login ID, or OTP with anyone else. Keeping this information private prevents unauthorized changes to the choices or accidental seat cancellations on the portal.

Allotment Letter Download Issue Troubleshooting Tips

If the "Download Allotment Order" button doesn't work, check if the browser's pop-up blocker is turned on. The portal opens the document in a new tab, so disabling blockers or switching browsers usually solves the problem.

  • 09 00 AM IST - 22 Jul'26

Understand Non Local Category Seat Allocations

The 15% unreserved seat pool allows open competition between local and non-local applicants. These slots are assigned purely based on merit rank, giving high-achieving students from neighboring areas a chance to secure spots in premier colleges.

  • 08 30 AM IST - 22 Jul'26

    Address Server Error Code 504

If the candidates find a 504 gateway timeout error while trying to check their results, it just means the server is overloaded with traffic. Instead of clicking refresh repeatedly, wait a few minutes and try logging in again during a quieter window.

  • 08 00 AM IST - 22 Jul'26

Download Rank Cards Before Portal Closes

Candidates should download and save a digital copy of their official rank cards. Candidates will need this document during physical reporting and later campus verification steps. Having a few extra prints on hand is always a good idea.

  • 07 00 AM IST - 22 Jul'26

Physical Document Verification Counters Setup Finalized

Engineering colleges across Telangana have set up dedicated campus helpdesks to manage the upcoming physical reporting window. These teams will verify documents, collect forms, and update student enrollment status directly in the central university portal.

  • 05 00 AM IST - 22 Jul'26

Caste Certificate Validity Affects Allotment Odds

  • 01 00 AM IST - 22 Jul'26

Avoid Using Public Internet for Payments

  • 12 00 AM IST - 22 Jul'26

Print Multiple Copies of Allotment Orders

The candidates are advised to keep at least three physical copies of their provisional seat allotment order. Candidates will need to submit one copy to their college, keep one for their personal records, and save another for future scholarship or fee reimbursement applications.

  • 11 00 PM IST - 21 Jul'26

    Certificate Verification Finalizes Admission Eligibility

Physical verification of original certificates at the allotted college is one of the most essential parts of the admission process. • 09 00 PM IST - 21 Jul'26

Candidates Should Check Branch Code Carefully

After downloading the TG EAMCET Phase 2 seat allotment order, the candidates should carefully verify the allotted branch code along with the institute name. • 08 00 PM IST - 21 Jul'26

Original Transfer Certificate Submission Policy Upheld

  • 06 00 PM IST - 21 Jul'26

Avoid Refreshing Pages During Fee Payments

  • 05 30 PM IST - 21 Jul'26

Check Intermediate Marks Verification Status Online

The intermediate or class 12 marks memo data of the candidates is vital for validating their eligibility.
