UPTAC B.Tech Counselling 2025 Registration Underway:
Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC) B.Tech 2025 registration is currently underway for candidates who have qualified JEE Mains 2025. The registration window opened on May 27, 2025, and will close on June 30, 2025. Eligible candidates must complete the process through the official portal, uptac.admissions.nic.in, using their JEE Main 2025 credentials. Registration is strictly via the JEE mode for JEE Mains qualified candidates; other modes are not permitted for this group. To register, candidates need to provide their JEE Main 2025 application number, personal details, and create a password.
Required documents, including Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, JEE Main admit card and scorecard, photo ID, and category or domicile certificates (if applicable) must be uploaded in the prescribed format. The counselling registration fee is Rs 1,000/-, payable online via net banking, debit, or credit card. The counselling process after registration will include document verification, choice filling, and seat allotment. Candidates must register by the said date, as the portal will not reopen for regular rounds.

Click on the title "Registration & Registration Fee Payment For UPTAC B.Tech Counselling 2025" on the homepage.
Select 'New Candidate Registration' (for JEE appeared candidates) and agree to the instructions
Enter required details such as JEE Main 2025 application number, name, mother’s name, date of birth, and gender. Enter the security pin and finally click on the submit option.
- This will create a password for the candidate's account.
- Now, JEE candidates must login using their JEE Main application number and created password using JEE mode only
Fill out all other required personal and academic details in the application form.
Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and all necessary documents (as per official specifications), such as:
Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates
JEE Main admit card and scorecard
Transfer/migration certificate
Aadhaar card, PAN card, or passport
Category, domicile, subcategory, income, and character certificates (if applicable)
Recent passport-sized photographs.
Pay the counselling registration fee online using net banking, debit card, or credit card.
Submit the registration form and download/print the confirmation page for future reference.
After registration, proceed with:
Document verification (done online by the authorities).
Choice filling for colleges and courses once your documents are verified.
Lock of choices to confirm preferences.
Wait for seat allotment results and follow further instructions for seat confirmation and reporting.
