VCI NEET UG Stray Vacancy Round 2025 DatesVCI NEET UG Stray Vacancy Round 2025 Dates: The Veterinary Council of India (VCI) will be conducting the NEET UG Stray Vacancy Round Counselling to fill the remaining seats in both government and private institutions during Round 3. Candidates who were not allotted a seat in the earlier rounds, or those wishing to take part in the stray vacancy round, are eligible to participate in the counselling process.
For this stray vacancy round, no fresh registration fee is required. However, all previously registered candidates must pay the admission fee between October 31, 2025, from 2 PM and November 3, 2025, up to 10 AM. The fee structure is Rs. 50,000 for General, OBC, and EWS candidates, and Rs. 25,000 for SC, ST, and PH candidates. Importantly, the fee paid for participation in the stray vacancy round will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made, following the completion of counselling for the Academic Year 2025–26.

Candidates are strongly advised to verify all details regarding fees and other charges before selecting their preferences for private Veterinary Colleges, as the Council will not entertain any requests for changes once choices are submitted. It is important to note that if a candidate is allotted a seat in the stray vacancy round, they are required to join the assigned college. Failure to do so will lead to forfeiture of the allotted seat. Furthermore, candidates who have already been allotted seats in Round 1 or Round 2, whether they reported to the college or not, will not be eligible to participate in the stray vacancy round.
