WB HFWD Legal Assistant Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2021
Following is the eligibility criteria for applying for the post of Legal Assistant under West Bengal Health and Family Welfare Department:
- The candidate must be a graduate with LL.B (Bachelor of Law) from a BCI (Bar Council of India) approved law institute.
- The candidate must be a member of the Bar Council of West Bengal.
- He/ she must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience at any post of the Calcutta High Court.
- It is mandatory for the candidate to possess basic computer knowledge.
- The candidate should not be more than 35 years of age on 1st January 2019.
