With the West Bengal state government all set to conduct the WBJEE 2021 exam on 17th July, the West Bengal state transport department is leaving no stone unturned to ensure candidates appearing in the exam face no inconvenience in shuttling to their respective test centres. Advance letters have also been dispatched to the Eastern and South Eastern Railway to allow the candidates and their guardians to board the local trains on the exam day between 11 AM and 4 PM.

According to a State Transport Department senior official, candidates and their guardians will be allowed to board the staff special trains on the day of the WBJEE 2021 examination so that the candidates do not face any problems. The official also said a special request has been made to the railway authorities to ply more trains on the exam day if required.

Before boarding the train, the candidates have to produce their WBJEE 2021 hall tickets at their respective nearest railway counters and purchase a one-day ticket.
