Application process for Joint Entrance Examination for Admission to Master of Computer Application (JECA) for admission to MCA programme offered by various colleges in West Bengal has been initiated by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB). The admission process for the academic session 2017-18 started on March 7, 2017. Aspiring candidates must fill the forms and pay the application fee latest by March 28, 2017. Follow the steps given below to apply for the exam:
- Browse the official website of WBJEEB
- Find the tab that says ‘JECA’ and click on it
- Look for the ‘Apply for JECA 2017’ link and click on it
- Fill in the details and email correctly to create your login credentials
- Log into your exam account using the credentials you have received by mail
- Fill up the application form correctly and upload your photograph and signature as per specifications
- Pay application fee and download the confirmation page for further reference

JECA 2017 Exam Pattern
The exam will comprise two papers i.e. Mathematics and Aptitude Test. The duration for Mathematics paper is two hours for 100 objective type questions. The duration for Aptitude Test will be one hour for 50 questions. Every question in both the papers carries one mark.
