The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) will announce the written final examination results of class 12 (Arts, Commerce, and Science) by 10 June 2020. The class 12 WBCHSE board exam will begin from 12 March 2020 and will extend till 27 March 2020. As per official reports, 8,09,752 students took class 12 board examination in 2019. Out of them, around 83.75% of students passed it. Amongst the mentioned percentage 80.69% is of boys and 86.15% is of girls.
In 2019, the exam began from 26 February 2019 and went on till 13 March 2019. The pass percentage of last year increased from that of 2018. In 2018, the pass percentage for Class 12 WBCHSE Board examination was 83.57%. It is to be noticed that in 2019 more percentage of girls qualified for the exam than boys.
