As COVID cases continue to rise, students want CBSE class 12 board exams 2021 to be cancelled. An online petition to cancel the board exams has also been filed by the students.

With the increase in COVID-19 cases, CBSE class 12th students are worried about their exams and demand that they either be scrapped and the result be declared on the basis of internal assessment. As of now, the board has not released any notification regarding the same. But the majority of the students want CBSE class 12th board exams 2021 to be cancelled.

Several students of the CBSE have taken it to social media requesting to cancel the CBSE class 12 board exams 2021. An online campaign using the hashtag #saveboardstudents has also been going around.

A plea has been filed by the students to cancel the class 12 board exams 2021. Advocate Mamta Sharma on Friday filed a Plea in Supreme Court seeking cancellation of the Class 12 examination of 2021.

Many of the CBSE class 12 board students are of the view that their exams should be cancelled just like class 10 and the result should be released on the basis of internal assessment. According to them, it is impossible to appear in the board exams due to the second wave of COVID.

Students had also filed a petition to not only cancel the CBSE class 12 board exams but other state board exams as well due to the ongoing situation. By May 10, more than 72,000 students have signed the petition to cancel the board examination.

As per the official notification released by CBSE, the board is to release the revised dates for CBSE class 12 board exams 2021 after reviewing the situation on 1st June. A notice of at least 15 days will be given before the start of the examinations, As of now, there is no official information regarding the cancellation of CBSE class 12 board exams 2021.
