NIOS 10th, 12th Board: The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has released the practical hall tickets for class 10th and 12th. Candidates who are going to apply for the board exams can download the hall ticket. It is necessary for them to carry the hall tickets on the day of practical exams. The theory exams will be conducted in an offline manner by the NIOS authorities. NIOS conducts two cycles of board exams, one in April/May and the other in October/November. The students are now gearing up for the October/November 2023 cycle.

NIOS 10th 12th Board: Admit Card
The National Institute of Open Schooling released the NIOS 10th Admit Card 2023 for the theory exams on the official website on 2nd April 2023. The admit card for class 12th students was also released on 2nd April to be downloaded by the students in a PDF format. The students will not be allowed to enter the examination center without their examination admit card and ID proof. The hall ticket will only be available for the students if they have paid the application fees for the exams conducted by the NIOS authorities. NIOS 10th 12th Board: On-Demand Exams
NIOS authorities have been working on on-demand examinations to make the environment of open learning more flexible. On-demand examinations are available for students so they can walk into an examination center and take this secondary and senior secondary examination whenever they feel ready. The computer will randomly generate a set of question papers, and questions will be provided to the student to attempt. The on-demand examination (ODE) will offer multiple advantages to the students as it provides them with more flexibility in terms of education and prevents stress. The ODE results are declared through the NIOS website during the last week of every month for the examination conducted during the preceding month. Check the procedure given below to apply for ODE:
- Step 1: Visit the official portal of NIOS at nios.ac.in
- Step 2: Under On-Demand Examination, click upon the Registration for Examination only for existing learners (at the bottom).
- Step 3: Enter your Enrolment Number and click the Submit button (The registration is valid only for those students who have already taken admission)
- Step 5: Fill out the registration form.
- Step 6: Select your Exam Centre. The choice of Examination Centre can be your concerned Regional Centre or at the HQ NOIDA or the Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs)).
- Step 7: Register only for those subjects for which you have taken admission.
- Step 8: Now, complete the payment process.
