The number of students studying in Lpu cse is almost more than 6000 in total. If you consider the number of intake in first year then it's around 3000. Then as students move to final year this number reduces to 2500 due to backlogs and stuff. Therefore during placements, when an IT company arrives at the campus, 2500 students from CSE, 1000 students from mechanical and 1500 from ECE AND EEE compete together for placements. So if you plan to join lpu, you'll be competing with 5000 thousand students approx for getting a job which seems almost impossible. Atleast to get a good salary package, around 5 to 6 lacs, you have to be among the top 500 students. So good luck to you if you're planning for a future in LPU.
