About course : What is the selection process to get seat for MCA?

The MCA program aims at professionally grooming the students so that they can flourish in the corporate IT Sector. MCA is more focused on the practical implementation of various computing aspects such as programming, databases, networking, web development, etc. The eligibility for the course is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in BCA or BSc (Computer Science) or BSc (Information Technology) or any Graduation with Computer Science as a subject for three years OR B.A. or B Com or B Sc (any Graduation) with (Mathematics BCAas one of the subjects at Graduation or 10+2 level) or equivalent. LPU's School of Computer Application is ranked among the top four Computer Applications Institutes of North India by NASSCOM. Students from all across India and 15 plus countries around the globe are expertly mentored by an experienced and proficient team of faculty members. Students have instant access to the latest technology labs like iMac, SAP, etc that keeps them updated with the ever-changing technologies. In case a student has not studied computer as a subject in graduation, then he/she shall have to go through bridge/ additional courses (subjects) which may be scheduled before the commencement of classes or along with the regular classes.
