LPU offers excellent living accommodations within the campus, separately for boys and girls. Lovely Professional University understands the expectations of students who come here from a wide variety of cultural and geographical zones and perhaps leave their homes for the first time in their lives. There are rooms ranging from Standard Rooms to Apartments and students can opt for accommodation as per their convenience and choice. The Hostels are major of three types: 1. Standard Rooms : Standard Rooms are lodges like the arrangement where students can live in a shared 4/3/2/1-seater room with an option of having Air Cooled or Air-Conditioned Ventilation. 2. Apartments : Apartments are 1/2/3/4 seater rooms with attached washrooms. These facilities are constructed to provide luxurious accommodation. The apartment has a common kitchen area, dining and lobby area. 3. Dormitories : Dormitories are 1/2/3/4 seater shared rooms with 9-14 seaters. Facilities of Standard Rooms/Apartments/Dormitories Air Cooler, Bed, Study Table, Chair, Partitioned Almirah, Geyser and Common washroom 24 Hrs. Security Services, CCTV Surveillance, Electricity Backup, Water Supply, Staff Assistance and Medical Service (Medicines and tests On Payment) Study Room, TV Room, Lift Facility, Fire Fighting System, Purified Water Facility, Maintenance Services, Wi-Fi Service, Free Electricity Units (as applicable) and Play Grounds Mess Services, Laundry Services, Dedicated Parking, Departmental Store, Cafeteria, Saloon for Boys, Printing and copier Shops in all hostels, Guest Rooms, Car Wash Facility, Shopping Mall and Tuck Shops (these services are available on a payment basis) Room with attached washroom bed chair table and almirah Options of air-cooled or air-conditioned room Separate mess facility in each hostel with vegetarian meals only Apart from mess each hostel has a cafeteria which remains open 24/7 to facilitate the students who generally study till late night Hygienic vegetarian meals with variety of cuisines (Indian, South Indian, Continental) Free internet connectivity through Wi-Fi system (for academic purpose) Hot water Hospital (in campus) with resident doctors and ambulances Counsellors for resolving issues like homesickness, Studies etc. 24-hour security; Turnstile Access to residential areas for ensuring security Elevator, ATM, Parking facility in each residential block WH Smith departmental store for daily needs Facilities of indoor and outdoor games Gymnasium(optional) Laundry (optional) 66 KVA substation for power supply and 24 hours power back-up through generators Cloak Room facility for resident students Online leave facility Guest Room facility for Parents (subject to availability) Elaborate fire safety arrangements as per norms

. The LPU hostels are more convenient, and staying outside the campus is not safe. As LPU is itself a mini town in its periphery. Students do not need to pass the gates of LPU for any essentials, you just name the thing and it is available inside the LPU campus only. Safety Concerns : The whole campus means every nook is Covered with CCTV cameras. Outsiders are not allowed to enter the University campus without a GATE pass. In fact, the staff who does not have RFIDs of their conveyance are not allowed to enter without the GATE pass. Girls are not allowed to go outside the university at any given point of time, to go outside the university, permissions from parents are taken to provide them with the GATE pass. The university is secured completely with high walls, barbed wires, security guards, and CCTVs so no loopholes where they can sneak from. Girls have to enter their specific hostels in the particular time duration of 7 pm, and they cannot escape from hostels as boys are allowed to roam the university till 9 pm maximum. Girls who want to study in the Central library at night are allotted 2 hrs of time and will be accompanied by guards to the library and back from the library to their respective hostels. Girls are handled by the women security guards only. Illegal substances are strictly forbidden and regular checks are done to make sure such activities do not happen in the university. Any offensive act is not at all appreciated inside the campus and results in strict actions being taken against such action by the University. The hostels at LPU are basically of two types: 1. Standard Rooms: Standard Rooms at LPU hostels are arrangements like lodges where students can live in a shared 4/ 3/ 2/ 1-seater room with the option of having the room Air Cooled or Air-Conditioned Ventilation. The following amenities are provided to the students rooms are Iron Bed,Plastic Chair,Study Table, Almirah, Geyser, AC/Air Cooler (As Applicable). 2. Apartments: The apartment accommodation at LPU are 1/ 2/ 3/ 4 rooms with attached washrooms. There are facilities constructed for providing luxurious accommodation. The apartment has a common kitchen area, dining and lobby area. Some other features of Apartments at LPU are given below. Wooden Box Bed, Plastic Chair , Study Table ,Almirah,AC,Geyser.

LPU campus is a mini city in itself. There is an electricity backup and water supply. In addition to it, staff assistance and medical service (Medicines and tests On Payment). Study Room, TV Room, Lift Facility, Fire Fighting System, Purified Water Facility, Maintenance Services, Wi-Fi Service, Free Electricity Units (As Applicable). There are 24 hr. electricity backup Water Supply, and services available. There are mess services, laundry services, dedicated parking, departmental store, cafeteria, saloon for boys, printing and copier machines, shops in all hostels, Guest Rooms, Car Wash Facility, Shopping Mall, and Tuck Shops. You name it and you have it. Food: From ala carte to regional mess, the LPU hostel has all. It has North Indian, South Indian, Rajasthani, and many other regional messes. A student can choose the food as per his or her taste. The quality of food is good. Parathas, Butter, Curd, Milk, Tea are served at breakfast. At lunch, Dry Vegetables, Dal, any Gravy item, Rice, Chapati, and Raita are served. In dinner Chapati, Seasonal Vegetables, Rice and Desserts are served. Rooms: LPU has a hostel from 1 seater to 6 Seater including the Ac and Non AC. To maintain cleanliness, rooms are cleaned about 23 times per month. The room has an Air Conditioner, attached washroom, and Geyser in each room. Wooden Box Bed, Study Table, Chair, and Almirah. Students have to seek permission to use electrical gadgets having a maximum load of up to 5 amperes per apartment. One and two Seater apartments have attached lobby and kitchenette. Safety : The security of the students is not compromised inside the residential facilities of LPU. The hostels are state of the art. Huge army of security personnel has been deployed all over the campus who keep a round-the-clock vigil. The campus is ragging-free, drug-free, and tobacco-free. If someone has a problem in connection with the residential facilities room, one can complain. The hostel management looks into the matter and resolves it at the earliest.
