BA in History is a nice choice if you have a passion for history or wants to learn about the things happened before us. Following is the basic eligibility criteria:

• Those who are seeking admissions in language courses in the varsity will be having an advantage of 2% in the best of four subjects’ aggregate if studied the particular language as an elective subject. But if they have studied the particular language as a functional subject, they shall be at a disadvantage of 2% in the best of four aggregate, on the other hand.
• All elective subjects in the CBSE curriculum which are regarded as Honours course by the university will be accepted in the best of four as academic subjects without any disadvantage.
• Those who will be applying for Honours course in Economics, Mathematics and Statistics need to possess the qualifying marks in Mathematics in Class 12.
• However, Physical Education, Home Science and Music in Class 12th will be considered in best of four as the academic subjects or elective subjects for only those candidates who are seeking admissions in theses three courses.
• The candidates who are pursuing two or three vocational courses are now eligible for the admission process, subjected to a deduction of 10% of the maximum marks in each subject.
