Dear student,
With a B. Tech degree, you can do either - B. Tech or MBA. What matters is your interest. If you want to be in the same field, then I suggest that you do an M. tech. However, if you want to get into the manegerial aspect of the business, then go for an MBA. A better way to figure it out would be to check job options after both.
With a B. Tech degree in Agriculture, you can get jobs in a number of organisations both in the govt and private sector. If you do an M. Tech, you can get into a more refined postion or maybe get into research.
