Hi Atif
Cutoff for central government medical colleges and state government medical colleges will be higher than other privately governed medical institutes. However, it is hard to predict the least possible cutoff for a good medical colleges as cutoff varies year to year depending on the entrance exam, the number of applicants as well as the college you want to apply for.
Admission to all medical colleges will be done on the basis of NEET. In order to be eligible for counseling, it is essential that you clear the minimum cutoff set by CBSE. The cutoff for NEET 2016 was 60th percentile. Also, top 15% scorers will be directly eligible for the all India level counseling.
On the basis NEET 2017 Cut off, NEET rank range for participation in 15% All India Quota counselling will be declared separately. For example, in NEET 2016, the marks range for unreserved category under All India Quota seats was 685 to 468.
