Being a management student of this university, I would say a big NO if you really wanted to do MBA than just go for LPU it is best university for management and yes for other subjects also. Industrial exposure, Internships are there and moreover best placements opportunities for management students are there in the university. According to LPU officials they usually say that they provide 100% placements to all the eligible and placement aspiring candidates. 500+ companies visit to the campus and university provide them the best of the candidates who are already industry ready. People who think that they can study from where ever and it will be best for them, then I am sorry to say this, that if u what to study for just a piece of a paper then please go ahead these universities/collages are no harm.

Hi,

Since your son is already pursuing a management type course at the UG level, the ideal option is to pursue an MBA after that. However, in that also, there are some points which can be considered:

If he has complete clarity on what specialisation to pick in his MBA or in which domain he sees himself working in, then he can directly start preparing for MBA entrance exams slowly and appear for it. The selection for different MBA colleges varies in terms of entrance exam score, Group Discussion and Personal Interview etc.

Alternatively, if he is not sure yet, he can start his professional journey right after completing his UG degree (maybe through internships as well), and gain a work experience for few years and then take up a regular MBA or an executive level MBA.

You can go through the following articles for in-depth information on the journey towards pursuing a career in MBA.
