The basic fee for diploma at LPU is Rs 50,000 per semester. So, the University extends Scholarship Scheme which is an initiative by the University to cultivate the talent of students that may be hidden due to financial constraints. Scholarship can also be availed on the basis of score in LPUNEST, a national level exam conducted by LPU itself, Scholarship on the basis of score in eligibility qualification, etc. Apart from this, LPU also offers financial aid to the Wards of Defence personnel etc. To reduce the burden of expenses you can also opt for Earn while you Learn opportunities available on-campus. However, you can get scholarship on the basis of several criteria such as - LPUNEST, Marks based (for previous two qualifying Exams), Performance in other National Level Entrance tests, Performance in Sports, Performance in Cultural and Co-curricular Activities. Social Service, R&D and Bravery Activities. Special Scholarship for Toppers of Education Board, LPUNEST Study Grant Financial Aid : for Defense /CAPF and their dependents, Orphan Candidates, Persons with certain disabilities, Minorities, Transgender, Non Traditional student, Need Based-Financial Aid, EWS scholarship for those whose family income is less than 5 lacs, Single girl child, Single Mother and Tibetan students studying in CTA schools and Vidya Bharti Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Sansthan.
