Dear Anshul,
The primary difference between an MBA and a PGDM is the degree. While PGDM is awarded by institutes which are autonomous in nature & are not affiliated to any university, MBA is awarded by institutes or colleges that are affiliated to a university. So, for example, the MBA programme offered by, say, Delhi University through its Faculty of Management Studies will be an MBA degree, while the management programmes offered at premiere institutes like IIM, XLRI will fall under the PGDM category.
So, it really does not matter what you are studying - MBA or PGDM, long as you are doing it from a reputed institute. Always check the placement record before you take any decision. Good luck!
I am thinking
MBA will be much better option, as it gives lot of job options as well as Higher education.
