How important is LOR in applying to universities abroad : Hi Guys, I am really in a fix. Hope to get an answer to my query. How important is a letter of recommendation for applying to universities abroad? Also, please tell me the ways I can get it when my current situation is: 1) The college I did my graduation from, no longer offers the engineering stream I pursued and hence there is no faculty that will recommend me. 2) The company where I had worked earlier has closed all its operations 3) My manager in my current company has recently resigned and is serving his notice period.
