Eligibility criteria in LPU varies programme to programme. There are some programmes in which in which LPUNEST exam is mandatory where as some other programmes in which you take direct admission on the basis of your previous qualification like BCA, B.Com, M.Com, B.A etc. Interview is also mandatory to take admission in programmes like MBA. Hi, At LPU the eligibility criteria of the courses varies from course to course. In some you have to appear in the entrance exam also i.e. LPUNEST exam. LPUNEST is National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes in Lovely Professional University. This test forms the basis of eligibility and scholarship for most of the programmes and for some of the programmes test is applicable only for scholarship. Hi there, I will give you a brief overview of LPUs programs. The eligibility for B Tech, and hons programs such as BBA Hons, BSc Hons and B Com hons programs is 60 percent. The eligibility for MBA is 55 percent, B Com, BCA and BBA is 50 percent. For BA the eligibility is pass marks in any discipline. LPU conducts LPUNEST for admission in MBA, Hons, BPT, MLT, B Tech programs etc. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. (5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants) is also given. For further details you may visit the website.
