The age limit to apply for NDA is 19 years which means that you will not be able to apply for NDA, now that you have turned 21 years old. However, there is a chance that you can appear for CDS (Combined Defense Services) Exam as the age limit for CDS is 19 to 25 years. 

Therefore you still have a lot of time to clear your back. Study hard and prepare for the subject that you need to clear and then prepare for CDS Exam.

Here is the eligibility criteria for CDS:

• Indian Military Academy/Officers' Training Academy: The candidates must possess a degree from recognized university or equivalent.
• Age Limit: 19 to 25 years of age
