Hi Dinesh,
I believe that you are asking about Institute of Finance and International Management, Bangalore. It is not amongst the best business schools in India but is not that bad either. The college is located in one of the biggest cities of India - Bangalore that has a very high employability index.
However, placements depend on a lot of factors, such as the programme you have opted, your performance in that programme, CGPA and the reputation of the institutes amongst the employers.
As far as the environment and crowd are concerned, the college has a decent infrastructure and is located in Electronic City, one of the largest Industrial parks in India. The courses offered by the institute are AICTE approved.
However, before applying to any of the courses, make sure that you get in touch with alumni of the institute to get a first-hand experience regarding placements and crowd of the college.
All the best!
