Is CA course good after 12th

Chartered Accountancy (CA) is a long course that you can complete over a period of time. You need to go through a Foundation, an Intermediate and a final CA course for becoming a Chartered Accountant. And you can go to the next level only after scoring a minimum of 50 per cent marks in every exam. Traditionally, you should have enrolled for CPT after finishing with your Class 10 and attended the Common Proficiency Course (CPC). 

Anyways, here are a few steps that you need to follow to become a Chartered Accountant in India:

• First, you should register with the Board of Studies at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the Common Proficiency Test (CPT). Please note that you will need to register at least 60 days prior to appearing for the exam
• Once you clear the CPT exam, you will need to register for IPCC stage. This has 2 groups (for which you will need to complete nine months of course study. This is followed by an orientation course is for one week with thirty-five hours credit). After this, you will need to complete Hundred hours of Information Technology Training (ITT). Please note, you need to clear both to be eligible for the next stage
• Next, register for the Final Stage of CA course
• After you clear the IPCC, you will need to get through Articleship with any CA. Again, you will have to register yourself as an Article Assistant with any CA in India.

Upon successfully completing all this, you will be a registered CA. Good luck!
