Is it better to take IIT lower core branches or is CSE branch in local college better?

The decision to get admission to a particular stream should depend on your preferences and objectives for that particular course. Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) is one of the most sought-after and in-demand engineering streams currently. While many IITs offer similar streams such as CSE-AI, CSE-Data Science, IT, etc, all of these streams differ from core CSE in terms of syllabus and learning objectives.
