Dear aspirant, in India there are over 1622 engineering colleges in India accepting JEE Main scores. One of the top ranking universities of India - the Lovely Professional University too gave direct admission to the students last year scoring equal to or more than 85 percent in JEE Mains. However, those having scored less than 85 percent appeared for LPUNEST - the entrance cum scholarship exam of LPU. The university has not yet given any guidelines on the admission on the basis of JEE score but you can certainly get a scholarship on this basis. Let me tell you the NIRF ranking of LPU is 51 in engineering. Hope this answers your question. Good Luck
