MBBS admissions 2017 : Sir, I am a Gen. Candidate. And I got 279 marks, 81.46 percentile, AIR 201617. Will I will get any govt. or any low budget private medical college under state quota counselling Rajasthan?

Dear student,
We will suggest you to wait for Rajasthan to announce the 2017 NEET cut-off list for the state. You can take your pick from there. See, medical is anyways an expensive course and the fees runs in lakhs. So whatever maybe the case, you will need to take a student loan to complete your studies.
