M. Tech courses : If I choose M. Tech, what are the courses I will be choosing from? Or if i choose MBA what course i will be getting?

It does not work that way. If you choose to do M. Tech, you will first have to appear for GATE exam or other PG engineering entrance exams first. Basis your score, you will know which college you are eligible to apply to. Now, usually, you should pursue your M. tech in the same field that you have completed your B. Tech in, because your stronghold in that subject is strong. Also, most colleges will not give you much option either, unless it is a related field. 

As far as MBA is concerned, you will have to appear for any/ all of the MBA entrance exams in India. Basis your percentile, you will know which colleges you are eligible to apply at. You may get a good college with a specialisation that you are not very interested in or a course of your choice from a category A or category B or category C college. It will be your decision to weigh between college and course. Generally, MBA aspirants shortlist colleges and apply to them (simultaneously as they fill out CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ IBSAT/ IIFT / or any other MBA entrance exam forms). You never know in which exam you score the best and get the best college...So you could prioritize the MBA specialisations you are interested in and hunt for colleges offering that specialisation and then evaluate which exams you need to give basis that. 

Some of the popular MBA specialisations include: MBA in HR, MBA in Finance, MBA in Retail, MBA in Sales, MBA in Digital Marketing, MBA in Marketing, MBA in Hospital Management, MBA in Logistics, MBA in International Business, MBA in Finance/ Banking/ Accounts, MBA in Information technology Management, MBA in Oil / Gas / Energy Management, MBA in Entrepreneurship / Family Business etc. Spend some time doing research about each of them, so that you are able to take an informed decision.
