Dear student,

As per my understanding, DCECE is the Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Exam which is organised by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board. It is conducted for courses such as Polytechnic Engg, Part-time 4-year Polytechnic Engg, Para-medical-dental matrix level, paramedical intermediate level courses only -- hence, there is no scope for a Bachelor of Technology or B.Tech degree with it.

For B.Tech, one is required to appear for other engineering exams such as JEE or the Joint Entrance Examination.
