LPU offers Diploma in ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANTSHIP. Assisting architects with basic building design along with digital drafting and modelling skills. Eligibility Criteria is (Qualifying Exam) Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10th (with Mathematics, Science and English) or equivalent. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. (5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants)

Dear student,
For the college tagged by you in the question - L.S. Raheja School of Architecture - it offers Diploma in Interior Design & Decoration. The course is affiliated to MSBTE ie. the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education.
A candidate has two choices to opt for the course:
Either he/she can enroll for the two-year full-time course for which the classes are conducted from Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Alternatively, one can also opt for the three-year part-time course for which the classes are conducted from Tuesday to Friday from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
Other details:
The candidate should have passed the Creative Intelligence Test (CIT), which is conducted at the time of counselling, in order to be eligible for admission to the course. Seat is offered to a student basis the marks obtained by them in the SSC examination & their CIT score.
