need course about bakery : like diploma in bakery and confectionary about 1 year course

Dear student,

The National Council for Hotel Management (NCHM) offers five different diplomas that cater to the needs of candidates/individuals who look for guaranteed jobs in the hospitality industry.

For a course in bakery and confectionary, a candidate must have:

Passed 12th standard from 10+2 system, with English as a compulsory subject.

The course duration is 36 weeks followed by 24 weeks of industrial training.

Applications are invited by individual affiliated Institute of Hotel Management through advertisement in leading local newspapers released during the month of June each year and the selection is made through a transparent selection process.
