IAS Preparation : Which is best political science or sociology for ias

Dear student,

The civil services examinations have a combination of Political Science, Sociology, History, English etc. Candidates who wish to take these up can pursue any of the following course (in that order):

• B.A (Pass) - as it covers all subjects that are asked in the civil services exam
• B.A. (Pol Science)
• B.A. (Sociology)

One who is pursuing law is also at an added advantage in case he/she have IAS targets.
