Science to BBA : I am a science student... can i eligible to joint the BBA ?

BBA is a 3-year graduate program. Those who are inclined towards management studies can opt for BBA. The course is one of the most popular courses and is renowned as a well-known course among the students. The students who graduate with a degree in BBA from LPU are qualified to give competitive exams, apply for the post of process managers, risk analysts, development executives, human resource managers, and many others. After completing BBA, you can apply for higher studies by joining dual or integrated programs. Placement companies: Various companies like Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, HCL, etc., offer on-campus job opportunities. Cognizant has a placement record of placing over 600 students in a single day. So, you should not worry about the placements. Students also get trained in the same company in which they are placed. After completing your BBA degree, you can pursue higher studies like MBA which is in the management field, again.

Yes you can take admission in BBA course. BBA course will give you an exposure in management field. After completing BBA, you can go for MBA. MBA will provide highly challenging job for you. Different specializations are there in MBA. Yes, you can pursue BBA programmes after studying science in class 12. You can target the colleges that you want to pursue and give the entrance exam for the programme. Some of the colleges also take direct admission to the programme. The BBA programme is constructed to enhance a student’s skill and knowledge in the field of Business Management and Entrepreneurship.

Admission Criteria:

  • Admission to the BBA Programmes are done mainly on the basis of entrance exams such as SETChrist University BBA Entrance ExamIPUCET, etc.
  • Some universities may offer admissions on the basis of marks scored in class 12.

Job Opportunities:

Although there are various job opportunities after BBA, the chances of getting a decent job are much better after a student has pursued MBA. Salary will depend on the college as well as the post offered.
