JEE Main Paper Sections
JEE Main paper 1 is meant for students aspiring to get admission in BE/B.Tech courses. Each of the three sections in JEE Main 2023 Paper 1 will carry 20 marks.
JEE Main 2023 Paper 1 Marks Distribution
JEE Main paper 2 is meant for students looking for B.Arch or B.plan courses. There will be three sections that comprises math with aptitude test and drawing/planning test.
JEE Main 2023 Paper 2 Exam Pattern
B.Arch aspirants have to answer questions for 100 marks in mathematics, 200 marks in aptitude and 100 marks in drawing test. Total marks allotted will be 400.
JEE Main Marks Distribution for B.Arch
The B.Plan aspirants need to answer 105 questions carrying 400 marks. Sections on math and planning comprises 100 marks each while aptitude will carry 200 marks.

Examinees can earn 4 marks for every correct answer as per JEE Main 2023 marking scheme. While for wrong answers 1 mark will be deducted as penalty.
