NEET 2021 results are out! With multiple MBBS universities abroad requiring students to only qualify the NEET-UG, the new pool of MBBS aspirants has been growing steadily. Check out the category-wise minimum marks required in NEET 2021 for MBBS abroad.

NEET 2021 results have been declared! A whopping 1.6 million medical aspirants who appeared for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2021 are vying for only 82,926 seats offered in a total of 541 medical colleges in India.

While many make the mistake of not having the Plan B of pursuing MBBS abroad, a rising number of students have been opting for medical colleges abroad and doing away with the roadblocks back home. Also, this year, NEET 2021 cutoff to study MBBS abroad for general category candidates is expected to be lower than NEET 2020 cutoff.

A clear advantage of studying at medical colleges abroad is that you only have to clear the NEET UG exam and complete the eligibility. To practice in India upon graduation, students only have to pass the FMGE exam. Also, there is no donation in the picture with equal access to state-of-the-art technology, reasonable fees and global recognition.

Is There a Country-Wise Different NEET Marks Requirement for MBBS Admissions?

Yes, every country would have a different NEET marks requirement for MBBS admissions. However, unlike in India, MBBS universities abroad do not base their admissions on the applicant’s NEET rank and only require them to clear the exam.

After the declaration of NEET results, in every country and/or university, a different NEET cutoff is announced for every country which an Indian applicant is expected to meet. They would not have to sit any other entrance test (in most colleges) to secure admission.
