As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to wreak havoc across the world, many top-ranked foreign universities have made submission of GMAT or GRE scores optional or redundant for admission to MBA programmes. With the closing down of GMAT/GRE testing centres at various locations around the globe, universities have been bound to change their deadlines and admission process at least for the current academic year.
However, B-schools have also begun to consider scores of GMAT/GRE taken in online mode - introduced as a step to combat the virus whilst not compromising with an aspirant’s timeline. Top international B-schools have also started to conduct admission interviews virtually. While that may be the case, many international applicants have still been unable to take standardised tests such as the GMAT or GRE.
