Vaccination and Covid-19 Test Requirements to Travel to Australia from India

Check the vaccination and Covid-19 test rule to Travel to Australia:

• Must show proof of full vaccination. Vaccination with any of or combination of Moderna, Janssen, AstraZeneca/ Covishield is acceptable to travel to Australia

• You will have to show the proof ofvaccination status and supporting evidencebefore taking the flight to Australia

• You may also need to show your vaccination certificate to border officials upon entering Australia.

• The traveler must have had the final dose seven days before traveling to Australia.

• The travelers must meet Australia's definition of "fully vaccinated" people.

• You do not need to undertake the Covid-19 test prior to traveling.

• You need to fill Digital Passenger Declaration which has taken the place of the Australia Travel Declaration. The form must be filled out within seven days before the intended departure and must be submitted 72 hours before the departure. The passengers traveling after April 18, 2022, are required to select "Iam exempt from Australias COVID testing requirements"in the health section of the DPD.
