The Boston Architectural College was founded in 1889 as the Boston Architectural Club by a group of young local architects in Boston, Massachusetts US. In 1971, BAC became the first accredited institutes in the US to offer architecture programmes. In 2005 BAC was accredited to offer distance programmes that allowed students to get enrolled in online courses. BAC is a private college accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB), New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA) and the Landscape Architectural Accreditation Board (LAAB).

The urban campus of Boston Architectural College provides an apt environment for on-campus study and a comfortable stay. It is a vast community of students, staff and faculty who benefit from extraordinary services and facilities like technology-driven classroom sessions, library, well-equipped laboratories, computer labs, recreation facilities etc. The undergraduate and graduate degree programme in design and architecture available at BAC are offered under four categories namely Architecture, Interior Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Design Studies.

Boston Architectural College (BAC) has the largest faculty and student population of New England architecture programmes. It offers the best architecture course in the region at the lowest cost of study. With over 125 years of its establishment, BAC has evolved and upgraded its education system, expanded its team and offered courses at an affordable cost of study. BAC not only values its current students but also recognises its alumni for their contributions and accomplishments. Every year, BAC nominates and awards BAC alumni for their achievements in different fields and their contribution to the community and society. 

Student Diversity & Visiting Companies

BAC is a community of creative and passionate students who get enrolled at the college from across 45 countries. Every year, more than 750 students get enrolled in architectural courses offered at BAC among which 29% are international students. The faculty members at BAC not only deliver quality lectures but also help students develop skills to be a leader in the field of design and architecture. BAC offers a two years Master of Landscape Architecture (MLA) Advanced Placement programme that prepares students to get a professional licence. This professional graduate degree programme is accredited by LAAB.
