Humphreys University is an independent, non-profit university having two campuses in California, one in Modesto and the second in Stockton. Founded in 1896, the university has been educating students from the central San Joaquin Valley. The college is accredited by the Western Association of Schools & Colleges Senior colleges and university commission (WSCUC), and the law school has been accredited by the California State Bar Committee of Bar Examiners. 

Infrastructure, Campus & Courses

Humphreys University aims to help students of all backgrounds in Associate, Bachelor, and Master’s degree programs and never focused on mass-production. The main campus in Stockton underwent a remodel along with a 22,000 sq. ft (2,000 m2) campus expansion, which included new undergraduate and law libraries, faculty and administrative offices, law school building and the Carcinoid Courtrooms. The university teaches various courses in business, social sciences, and arts and humanities.

The student to faculty ratio is 12:1 with 76% of classes under 20 students as Humphreys is always committed to small class sizes, quality service, personalized attention, and meeting the needs of individual students. The gender ratio at the university is positive with 71% women and 29% men. The student body comprises 18.9% Asians along with other nationalities.
