Founded in 1947 to provide medical training for women, Stevenson University is a private university near Baltimore, Maryland. It is affiliated with none but accredited by the Maryland State Department of Education in 1954. The ranking of the university is at 75 among the Regional Universities North and 33 among the Best Value Schools as per the US News 2020 edition.

Infrastructure, Campus & Courses

The university has two campuses located in Stevenson and another one in Owings Mills. The students enrolled by Stevenson University are 3,615 at the undergraduate and graduate level. The university consists of seven schools The Howard S. Brown School of Business and Leadership have programs such as Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Marketing, Cybersecurity, and Digital Forensics programs. The University also offers undergraduate programs, leadership, service, honours scholars programs, and online programs.

Accomplishments & Alumni 

Almost 78% of full-time undergraduate students at SU receive need-based financial aid which is $22,343 on average. One of the most famous alumni is Martha Scanlan Klima who is a member of the legislature of Maryland State. Students get regular awards for outstanding academic achievement and faculty is also lauded and celebrated for their efforts.
