The College of Brockport is a public liberal arts college in Brockport, New York established in 1835 as a part of the State University of New York system.  College at Brockport is ranked #80 in the 2020 edition of the best colleges in Regional Universities. SUNY Brockport was established to fill the gap of high education institutes in the region as education was up to 6th grade during the beginning of the 19th century. 
 
Infrastructure, Campus & Courses

SUNY Brockport has a campus size of 464 acres with various buildings on campus. Some of the famous buildings are the Allen Administration Building, Albert W. Brown Building, Alumni house.  With 49 academic courses at undergraduate and 50+ graduate programs, more than 8000 students are studying at SUNY Brockport. College at Brockport has academic schools and programs in Arts and Science, Business and Management, Education, Health and Human Services. 

Accomplishments & Alumni 

At SUNY Brockport, 82% of the students receive financial aid. The College hosted the New York State Olympic games during the summer of 1975-76. This University has produced notable alumni and faculty. Well-known faculty include  Garth Fagan Founder of Garth Fagan Dance, Anne Panning, writer, New York Professor of the year and winner of Flannery O’Connor 2016 and Albert Paley, American sculptor. 

Top alumni include James Howard Kunstler, author and social critic, Gene Spafford, Computer Scientist, William Fichtner, Actor, Prison Break and Dark Knight, and Ryan Nobles, Journalist CNN

The institution is home to students from 79 countries around the world. Asian students account for 2.1% of the students. Alumni work at places like University at Albany, SUNY, Albany Medical Center, Apple, Morgan Stanley, Northwell Health, and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital to name a few.
