History, Affiliations & Rankings 

Trinity University is a private liberal art research-based university in San Antonio, Texas which was established in 1869. Whilst Trinity itself is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to confer bachelors and masters degrees. It has also earned required accreditation from the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), Texas Education Agency, the United States Office of Education, and the American Chemical Society.ABET and AACSB. Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) for the relevant programmes. U.S. News and World Report 2020 edition have ranked Trinity #1 in the Regional Universities West category. Times Higher Education ranks the institution at 111th rank in US Rankings 2020.

Infrastructure, Campus & Courses 

Trinity University encompasses 125-acres situated on a hilltop overlooking downtown San Antonio and is one of the most beautiful campuses of America. The University campus has "The Ruth Taylor Fine Arts Center" and it is comprised of the Jim and Janet Dicke Art Building, the Campbell and Eloise Smith Music Building, Ruth Taylor Recital Hall, Stieren Theater, and houses the departments of music, art and art history, and human communication and theatre. The campus also has an auditorium, called Laurie Auditorium. The most popular majors at Trinity University include Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services; Social Sciences; Biological and Biomedical Sciences; Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics; and Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs.

Accomplishments & Alumni 

Trinity has maintained a student-faculty ratio of 9:1 and 97% of teachers hold a PhD or a terminal degree. Trinity University is dedicated to a sustainable future. The curriculum investigates and researches environmental issues; student groups and activities integrate these changes into the life of our campus community and beyond, and our Sustainability Committee works to reduce our global footprint. A few of the renowned alumni are John Cornyn, Jaclyn Smith, Chingo Bling, Paul Leary, Michael McCaul, Uma Pemmaraju, Naomi Shihab Nye, David Prager, Ron Nirenberg, Matthew Hansen Mead, Richard Yoo, and Daniel Lubetzky.

Trinity welcomes students from various backgrounds, the class profile as Trinity consists of 54% women, 22.3% Hispanic/Latino, 10.1% Asian. Also, the class represents 68 countries and 47 US states.
